Designers and Developers and Awards, oh my!

More than the sum of our parts PLOTT is first and foremost a team. It’s a beautifully balanced team of creatives and techies, dreamers and thinkers. Teamwork, camaraderie and a lot of laughter, this is how we do it. It’s always gratifying to be recognised for our good work, and so we’re thrilled to tell you that we’ve been nominated for an award.

The Midlands Marketing Awards have shortlisted PLOTT as “Agency Team of the Year.” Cue fanfare. And a video clip of people celebrating! You’ll just have to imagine it.

We know who we’re up against and it’s a brilliant field of talented agencies. We’ll find out the winner on Tuesday 26th September at The Grand Hotel, Birmingham.

Out with the old, in with the new.

That’s a bit harsh. Molly’s not old. But she is leaving us to pursue her dream to become a counsellor. That’s bad news for us, but it’s good for Molly. So we’re happy. Kind of. So now it’s in with the new! We’ve recently welcomed two new PLOTTERS. Let me introduce you to Alex and Ewan. You’ll want to look at them I reckon, so here they are.

Alex – Graphic Designer

Alex joins as Graphic Designer. Digital, print, web; Alex is an excellent all-rounder. She’s been a PLOTTER for a couple of months already at the time of writing. She’s fitting in brilliantly and we’re really happy with her work.

Ewan – Junior Web Developer

New PLOTTER number two is Ewan, who joins the team as a Junior Web Developer. He’ll be working closely with Ash, our Head of Web. Ewan already has impressive front end web development skills and knowledge. We can’t wait to help him build on that foundation.

It’s a testament to our hard work (and lots of excellent word of mouth) that we’re able to grow our team again. We’re proud of our team, and proud of our work and we can’t wait to see what Alex and Ewan bring to the table. New creative minds with fresh ideas, that’s what!
