Andy Arthur, Rosemount’s founder, approached Anna at Adviser Tech LIVE in London about reviewing his very neglected identity. Anna’s presentation about the importance of branding to attract the next-gen of clients and employees, really struck a chord.
With over 30 years in business, an enviable high net worth client base, and over £250m AUM, he realised their brand no longer reflected who they had become or who they worked with. Their objective was never about gaining a huge number of new clients, but they did want to make sure they stayed relevant to their clients’ children to help them maintain long-term sustainable growth. They were also looking to secure their position as the go-to financial planners in the local area. Finally, they wanted to unite and inspire the current team, and attract the next-gen of IFAs to the firm.
We met Anna when she was guest speaker at the Adviser Tech LIVE – she was very knowledgeable about the finance sector and her presentation around the importance of branding really hit a nerve. In our usual style, the PLOTT team went to their Essex offices and carried out our legendary discovery workshop to find out more about Rosemount from their employees and clients. We took our resident illustrator to capture all their words visually which really bought the session to life.

From the insights gathered, we came up with the ‘Wealth done wisely’ strapline to reflect their approach and success in managing money. To support this, we created a refreshed brand toolkit that kept the original rose icon but completely transformed it with a modern identity. With a new website, messaging and new photography, the PLOTT team carefully crafted the visual language to create a stylish and unique brand to coincide with their 30 year anniversary.
