Bagsahead was a start-up with huge ambitions; to launch a worldwide door-to-door, bagless travel service. With over 28 million people losing their luggage each year, there was certainly a gap in the market for a service that could end luggage woes for holiday-makers. We’ve all been there, watching the carousel, worrying that our luggage will fail to appear!
At PLOTT, we are keen travellers ourselves, so we could instantly see the benefit of this service, particularly for skiers, bikers, golfers and families. But a completely new concept can be a challenge to communicate to the wider industry. The ambitious company needed a brand identity and digital presence that would deliver instant cut-through. After winning a competitive 4-way pitch, it was our job to launch the brand and provide ongoing support for this unique service.
We’ve had a fantastic time working with the guys at PLOTT Creative this last few months. They have understood us, pushed us and inspired us from day one. We couldn’t be happier with the branding and site functionality we have ended up with and we know there’s more to come. We expect this to be the start of a beautiful journey.
