Sertec is a leading manufacturer of components to the global automotive sector specialising in precision engineering and is based in the Midlands.
Despite being one of the area’s largest employers, Sertec faced the on-going challenge of struggling to recruit local talent for their prestigious apprenticeship scheme.
The management team realised to attract the right candidates they had to up their appeal. Their website was tired, outdated and didn’t reflect their expertise or commitment to new technology.
PLOTT’s in-depth local knowledge meant they understood Sertec’s challenges. They developed fresh new branding with a vibrant look and feel, reflecting Sertec’s modern values and vision.
The responsive design was incorporated into a sleek, new website and combined with a job board to attract talent and drive recruitment.
