
Due to the recent acquisition of WILD Automotive by SERTEC Group, our brief was to support SERTEC with their internal communications strategy by bringing both companies together, and minimising any potential ‘people’ issues that a merger can cause.
So, our challenge was two-fold. Firstly to communicate the values and vision of the SERTEC brand in a visually engaging way, and secondly, to promote cultural alignment between the two businesses. SERTEC recognised that the key to retaining and motivating WILD employees was ‘communication at all levels internally’ to help people understand and view the change positively.
