Global project win for plott!

We are thrilled to have won a contract to work with growing manufacturing firm SERTEC who supply car components to various global automotive manufacturers, including JLR, Ford, Scania, Denso, Tenneco and ZF Lemforder.

Due to the recent acquisition of WILD Automotive by SERTEC Group, our brief was to support SERTEC with their internal communications strategy by bringing both companies together, and minimising any potential ‘people’ issues that a merger can cause.

So, our challenge was two-fold. Firstly to communicate the values and vision of the SERTEC brand in a visually engaging way, and secondly, to promote cultural alignment between the two businesses. SERTEC recognised that the key to retaining and motivating WILD employees was ‘communication at all levels internally’ to help people understand and view the change positively.

Team PLOTT worked closely with the senior stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the business were included and as a result, their first edition of the rebranded SERTEC PROUD Magazine was a huge hit! The magazine was then translated into 2 other languages, working with language specialist partners Word 360 and ‘Outstanding Business Woman of the year’ (ABCC Awards 2016); Kavita Parmer.

We are excited to be working with such a growing and forward thinking business, engaging your workforce is one of the most important investments you can make and SERTEC have embraced this. To attract, engage and retain, a high caliber of workers you need to show people you care, the new look magazine really is for the employees and all about them.
