The Dumball is a world famous fancy dress festival on wheels. It’s an extreme car rally for people that know very little about cars, and the odd person that does.
Known as The Camel Sutra’s, Anna’s (PLOTT MD) team’s mission is to fly out to Delhi and meet a fleet of old, mechanically unreliable Indian Jeeps, then set off through the desert to face the inevitable perils of driving through India for 8 days before arriving (hopefully) in Goa.
The trip is completely self-funded by the 4 of us, so 100% of donations go directly to The Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity that is close to all our hearts.
Did you know… ?
Customers are 88% more likely to buy a product or service that is associated with a charity.
If you’ve read this far, we hope that you have some flavour of the challenge we are facing. India’s roads are notoriously dangerous and avoiding livestock, potholes, cattle and scooters is only part of our mission!
If you’d like see some footage from last year’s event, watch the clip below:
Teenage Cancer Trust provide specialist facilities and services to make the journey of those affected by cancer more bearable.
As our most valued clients and suppliers, we’d really appreciate your support and in return for your generous donations we’ll actively promote your company across social media regularly and give big shout outs on the trip at any opportunity.
We’re offering 4 packages all aptly named with a whole heap of benefits attached to each level.
Why the Dumball Rally? The Teenage Cancer Trust, that’s why.
As well as raising money to help discover new methods to completely vanquish the monstrosity that is cancer, you can give something back to society, feel great about it and your business may also receive recognition for it in return.
If you would like to support us on our mission, there’s various ways to donate. The Just Giving page is below or we accept cash, cheques or any form of hard currency!
