Burley Browne, a property consultancy company based in Sutton Coldfield, have recently expanded their offering with the launch of a residential division. Burley Browne Residential has the same ‘property done properly’ ethos as the main business but with a whole new team and service.
The aim of the business is to work with the best local developers to ensure that the highest quality is achieved. The team is actively involved throughout every project – from start to finish. That’s how property developers can focus on delivering the sky-high quality that will make their site unique.
The inception of Burley Browne Residential meant that David and his team would need a new sub-brand and prospecting brochures along with other collatoral. Having worked with Burley Browne on their brand refresh and rollout, they knocked on our door once again!
We wanted to develop Burley Browne’s existing brand to give the residential division a unique, stand-out quality but still feel very much a part of the core business. PLOTT’s aim with the design and content was to deliver the key messaging whilst making sure it packed a punch for developers.
