We recently collaborated with our friends at local telecoms business, G Comms, to design and launch their new website.
Both PLOTT and G Comms are female led, so already have plenty in common. But our Managing Director Anna, and Managing Director of G Comms Claire Greenwood, are also lifelong friends.
Their shared passion for local businesses working together, delivers multiple community benefits, from job protection to underpinning the local economy and harvesting home-grown talent.

Joint core values of adaptability and a customer centric approach have seen both businesses thrive during lockdown. While many entrepreneurs have suffered recently, Anna and Claire have both seen sales flourish.
Based on Gorsey Lane, G Comms celebrated their 5th anniversary earlier this year and moved into new premises. They successfully applied for a grant from Warwickshire County Council, awarded to support their impressive growth plans.

Local HR specialist Penny Sheward-Hall, who runs PS Consulting, is working with G Comms on their recruitment and talent strategy and to help them prepare for increased demand as they deploy the 5G network across the UK.
